In the face of the economic times today, it is more important than ever for people to cut back on spending and tighten up their budget. Unfortunately, most people think that going "green" is too expensive. It's true that organic foods and eco-friendly cleaners are more expensive at the store, but there are so many ways to cut down the expenses. Being green or eco-friendly shouldn't be just a fad, it's about making ourselves and our children healthier. When making our household budget, we shouldn't have to choose between what's best for our families and what we can afford.
I am a stay at home mom to two beautiful boys and I know how hard it is to be green on a tight budget, I've also found ways that anyone can make it work. Not only am I "greening" up my household, I'm actually saving money while doing it! That's why I have compiled this site. I wanted to have the best tips for living green on a shoestring budget all in one place.
Thanks for looking!
